Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Coombe Electrical Services Ltd. We aim for excellent customer satisfaction which is why we offer a return, refund, and exchange policy if you are not content with your purchase.

Returns

Non-Faulty Goods:

An item is eligible for return given that it remains in the same condition it was purchased. This means it must be unused, within the same packaging it was supplied, and includes all components that it came with (including any instructions or manuals).
You have a period of 28 days from the date of purchase to contact us and make us aware of your issue. If the 28-day limit is exceeded, we cannot refund your payment. Also, you will have 14 days to return the item to us from when you make your claim. If you surmount this, we will not take your claim any further.
In addition, we will require you to provide a proof of purchase upon your return enquiry. This would include either a receipt, sales invoice etc.

If the product has been written on or labelled due to a customer return, we will not offer a refund or exchange. This is because it would negatively affect the ability to resell the item as a new product. We suggest you place the return within an outer packaging to avoid these circumstances and provide added protection while in-transit, preventing any damages.

Once we receive the returned item, we will carry out a quality inspection and make you aware of its status. If viable you will be notified and receive a full refund within 14 days of the item being returned to us. If you so choose you may ask to exchange the item or receive store credit instead.

We do not offer a return on items which have been specially ordered for a customer as we would not usually keep it in stock.

Furthermore, we cannot accept the return of goods which have been adjusted to a customer’s specifications (e.g. lengths of cable).

Faulty Goods:

Anything faulty should be returned as soon as possible once the issue has been found. You must return the complete product unless, with our discretion, a specific part may be returned.

Products returned within 30 days are eligible to be replaced, repaired, or refunded.

If the 30 days are exceeded, we can provide you with a repair or replacement. However, if for any reason we are unable to do so, we will provide a refund.

Finally, if you attempt to return an item after 6 months you will need to provide proof of the item being faulty upon purchase. In which case we would then repair or replace the product.

We do not offer a return on goods which were bought at a sale price unless the quality was not as described when purchased.

Furthermore, we are unable to pay for your initial and subsequent shipping costs unless the return was a result of our error.

We are now closed for the Festive period

Any orders placed will be processed when we re-open on the 6th of January 2024
